Proud Parents!

We are behaving like proud parents today!

Three of our offspring were officially recognised last night at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards at Sydney Olympic Park.

Gold and Champion Awards for our Ocean Trout Gravlax!
Silver Awards for our Smoked Kingfish and Smoked Ocean Trout!

   

Thank you Sydney Royal for continuing to recognise our dedication to producing top class smoked seafood products. To our suppliers who continually meet our request for top quality Australian seafood and to our customers - retail and wholesale - who support us every day, every week and every year, we say thank you.

Sydney Royal put on a fabulous evening last night which featured our Ocean Trout Gravlax and other medal winning produce in a great cocktail menu designed by Sydney Showground’s Executive Chef, Tim Browne, matched with delicious award winning wines! HAPPY FRIDAY!

What's The Catch?

Are you going to tune in to Matthew Evans's three part documentary What's The Catch? beginning on SBS One at 8.30pm next Thursday 30 October? SBS describes the doco as exposing the shocking truth about Australia's seafood and reveals what we should be eating and why...

 

It'll be worth watching and what you'll find out is that it's all part of the "Label my fish" campaign just launched. You might also like to read up about Cleanfish Australia - an industry body that works to identify and promote sustainable fishing in Australia.
